Ananda Sai Temple-Chennai-Sai Leela Part 3.

Here is another Sai leela from Ananda Sai Temple. Enjoy the divine leela of Baba shared by Sai sister Ashalatha .

Aum Sairam Manisha Sis,

By the grace of our Sadguru Sai,
I have shared one of the divine play of our Ananda Sai, Poonthandalam in granting Progeny to Ramananji’s daughter. Sai’s ways are inscrutable as you know…We are all puppets and witnesses in the divine play. May we all dive deep into the ocean of Sai and partake the divine nectar shared by Ramananji.

SAI granting progeny to Ramananji’s daughter .The founder of Poonthandalam Sai mandir once cried to SAI pleading,”Baba you know that I just have one daughter and she loves you as I love you, She thinks of you day and night as I do, she is completely devoted to you and she is the one who can take care of the management of this mandir after me. You being Omnipresent and Omniscient can only, grant her with a child. Please bless our family with offspring to carry on your divine seva”.

Though he made this prayer to SAI he did not rethink about this. His daughter did conceive and the parents fixed an auspicious day for the baby shower as Feb 2nd. But untoward thing happened the girl started to experience unusual pain and so had to be hospitalized, the doctors were puzzled as the fetus was weighing just 700 grams which is very unsafe to deliver, and they wanted to postpone the labor till Jan 26th hoping by then the baby might gain some more weight and be safe to survive.

So, it was decided to give one injection each day to postpone the labor pain, and retain the baby in the mother’s womb. There was another concern in the mind of Umaji, that the baby should not be born in the 8th month as that might not be good for the child, hence she was praying intensely to SAI to take care of the delivery.

The parents and the in-laws were very worried at this condition of the girl and the parents were also upset that they could not even perform the baby shower for their one and only daughter. Umaji (SAI mandir founder’s wife) was fighting with SAI heart to heart for this situation of her daughter, bursting out in tears she spoke thus, “SAI we know nothing, we spend our day and night doing your seva, chanting your naama and performing thy’s seva is the breath of our life, if this is what you want to grant for us, please go ahead Baba”.

Meantime, the doctors scanned and said that the baby’s position was perfect and if the delivery gets pushed up to Jan 26th then there will not be any danger. At this juncture, a very curious thing happened, it was December 12th early morning while Umaji was staying in the hospital SAI appeared in front of her in pure white khafni, and instructed thus, “perform baby shower for our kuzhandai (kuzhandai-in tamil means- beta /child)”.

Umaji was stunned at this strange dictum of SAI, she replied, Baba,” how is it possible to perform the function while she is hospitalized”, but Sai decreed what I say is for your good, just do it and disappeared”.

Heeding to the advice of SAI, Umaji discussed with her daughter’s in-laws and they approached the doctors requesting to permit them to do the function. When SAI has blessed the function who can stop it? Doctors agreed and the girl was made to dress up and the bangle function was done on Dec 14th, seated on the hospital bed.

“Who else can fulfill our heart’s desires other than our Sadguru SAI”.

Amazing are the leelas of our All Pervasive, and Omnipotent SAI. Leaving us in goosebumps. On December 16th morning Umaji was again blessed, in her dream, she was conversing with SAI,”Baba, tomorrow is going to be the 8th month of the baby, don’t know what you have decided, whatever you give I shall take it as your prasadam”.

The dream ended and Lo, the same evening around 4 p.m. a peculiar thing happened, her daughter was feeling something abnormal she wanted to pass urine but could not, so immediately the doctors were called, they examined and without saying a word took her to the labor ward and the baby was delivered without any issues and the weight of the baby was 720 grams at the time of the delivery.

All the aspirations were taken care by our Sri Satchidananda Sadguru Sai Maharaj. As Sai assured “For the sake of my devotees, I am ever ready to help them”. He did take care of the safe delivery, and as desired by Umaji the child was born on the last day of the month of Karthigai which is still her 7th month, Yes, Sai blessed the birth of the boy baby on Dec 16th, at 8:45 p.m. leaving no trace of regrets at any stage.

SAI Fulfilling the heart’s desire of Ramananji .Ramananji totally forgot about his prayers to SAI pleading for a progeny to his daughter (refer first para of the leela). Later one fine day, while recalling the divine play of SAI, that took place in his daughter’s delivery and while connecting the dots he realized that he himself was a pre-matured baby and his grandson was also a pre-matured baby, both grandpa and grandson share the same horoscope star-Maha nakshatra and Simma raasi.

Then he realized that all the happenings were not just incidences but SAI COINCIDENCES to fulfill the earnest desire of Ramananji.

Sri Satchidananda Sadguru Sainath Maharaj Ki Jai. I would like to wash the lotus feet of our Sadguru Sai with my tears of joy, for blessing me to be a part of your divine seva.
