Today we move ahead with another Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Chennai ,it is Chengalpet Shirdi Sai Baba Temple. The details of this temple are provided by Sai devotee Sridhar ji. On October 2006, Gurusthan was installed and on October 2007 on mahasamdhi day at 3.15 P.M Samadhi mandhir was built here.
Every Thursdays at 12 P.M Kuran is played in this temple.
The place for temple was given by panchayat union (5 grounds). Vinayagar temple, Gurusthan,Childrens park, Chavadi, Dwarakamayi and prayer hall (Capacity 200 members).
Around 1000 members visit this temple on Thursdays. Annadanam is happening regularly. Dhuni pooja is happening daily from 10.30 A.M to 11.30 A.M and 4.30 P.M to 5.30 P.M.
Sathyanarayana pooja is done on every pournami after evening arti. Palki possession happens on every Thursdays. Baba’s statue is 5”3 feet height
